1. Scope of this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Kun Ding Network Technology Limited ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit our website, request a quote, or engage us for software development services. It applies to personal information of website visitors, prospective clients, and clients.

It does not apply to information that our clients process through systems we build for them — those systems are governed by the agreements signed with each client.

2. Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to operate our business and serve our clients. Specifically:

Information you provide to us

  • Contact details: name, business email, phone number, company name.
  • Project information: requirements, technical specifications, business context shared with us during scoping.
  • Billing information: company billing address, tax identification number. Payment is processed by third-party providers; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.

Information collected automatically

  • Log data: IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages viewed, timestamps.
  • Device data: device type, operating system, screen resolution.

3. How we use information

We use information for the following purposes, and only as long as necessary for each purpose:

  • Responding to inquiries and preparing proposals.
  • Delivering, supporting, and improving the services you engage us for.
  • Sending invoices and processing payments.
  • Sending operational notices about ongoing engagements.
  • Securing our systems, detecting fraud, and enforcing our agreements.
  • Complying with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

4. Sharing & disclosure

We share information only with:

  • Service providers who help us run our business (cloud hosting, email, payment processing, accounting). They are bound by confidentiality and data-processing obligations.
  • Professional advisors (lawyers, auditors) when needed and under confidentiality.
  • Authorities when required by valid legal process.
  • Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

5. Cookies & tracking

Our website uses a small number of strictly necessary cookies for session management and security. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some site features may not work as expected.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct information that is inaccurate.
  • Request deletion of your information.
  • Restrict or object to processing.
  • Receive a portable copy of your information.
  • Withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent).
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at wava2980@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.

7. Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as needed to fulfill the purposes set out in this policy, satisfy legal and accounting obligations, or resolve disputes. Inquiry data is deleted within 24 months if no engagement results. Client project data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus the period required by tax and accounting law.

8. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest for sensitive stores, access controls, and routine security reviews. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

9. International transfers

Our service providers may process information outside your country of residence. Where required, we use standard contractual clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms to protect your information.

10. Children's privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
